We offer two formats: a Kiosk model at roughly ₹15–20 Lakh and a Premium Café model at roughly ₹30–40 Lakh. The final figure depends on city, size and site condition — we share a detailed cost sheet during our first call.
Approximately 90 to 120 days from the day the site is finalised. We manage design, civil work, staff hiring and training in parallel so you can open the doors on time.
For a standard TCC café, we recommend 600–1,200 sq. ft. of carpet area with good street visibility. Smaller kiosk formats (250–400 sq. ft.) are also available for malls and corporate parks.
